If customers ask for advice on symptoms, use the WWHAM framework, followed by the CARE framework for the recommended product.

If customers ask for a specific product, pick it up off the shelf and say something like “of course”, then use the CARE framework to ensure the product is suitable for them and that they get the advice they need.
