Practical aspects of oral emergency contraception consultations
The aim of this module is to guide pharmacists on how to deal with the various practical, ethical and legal considerations when supplying oral emergency contraception as part of the Pharmacy Contraception Service. The module covers issues such as conscientious objection, informed consent, as well as safeguarding concerns, and provides examples of how pharmacists might address them.
